When you request a demo, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. When organisations use Yoonu, the service also processes account details and the supervision information entered by authorised users.

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and support the Yoonu service, authenticate users, maintain records created within the service and help keep the service secure.

Yoonu uses Supabase for authentication, database and storage infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services to Yoonu.

Yoonu uses technical and organisational safeguards, including authenticated access and role-based controls, to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

Information is retained for as long as it is needed to provide the service, respond to enquiries and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. Retention needs may differ according to the information and the organisation using Yoonu.
